HOURS: All service hours are billed from the time a technician begins preparing for a job until all work and paperwork are completed. Standard time is billed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Any work performed outside of these hours, including before 8:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m., or on Saturdays, will be billed at the applicable overtime rate. Services performed on Sundays and recognized holidays are billed at double the standard rate.
TRAVEL: Travel expenses are billed at cost to the customer. Whenever multiple vessels are included on a trip, every effort is made to allocate travel time and expenses fairly among the parties involved.
PARTS: Returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Electrical and special-order parts are not eligible for return, and deposits may be required on special-order items. All parts are covered exclusively under the original manufacturer’s warranty policy.
