LABOR RATES

Standard Labor - $215.00 per hour	Standard Travel Time - $160.00 per hour
Overtime Labor - $322.50 per hour	Helper Travel Time - $95.00 per hour
Helper Standard Labor - $110.00 per hour	Mileage - $3.00 per mile
Helper Overtime Labor - $165.00 per hour	Laser Fee - $350.00 per day plus parts & labor

  

SERVICE HOURS

All service time is billed from the time a technician begins preparing for a job until all work and related paperwork are completed.

Standard labor rates apply Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work performed outside of these hours—including before 8:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays—may be billed at the applicable overtime rate. Services performed on Sundays and recognized holidays are billed at double the standard labor rate.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are billed to the customer at cost. When multiple vessels are serviced during the same trip, every effort is made to fairly allocate applicable travel time and expenses among the customers involved.

PARTS & RETURNS

Returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Electrical components and special-order parts are non-returnable. Deposits may be required for special-order items.

All parts are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s applicable warranty. Marine Diesel Inc. does not provide any additional or separate warranty on parts beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
